"Whose baby is that?"I hate to admit that every once in a while I find myself in the mood to watch movies like this. The weather has been terrible for most this week here in New York, and today was no better. I met up with the girls for Cuban food at one of the hot spots and of course on a rainy night the best thing to do is stay in and watch a movie (lucky for me). I hadn't seen a good comedy in a while and didn't think I was going to see one tonight either, just a comedy, not necessarily a good one.

But I was pleasantly surprised. Much like how I felt about Knocked Up, I went in to The Hangover with low expectations but ended up laughing more times than I thought I would. The movie follows a group of guys who head to Vegas on the eve of their friend's wedding to celebrate the last day of his bachelorhood and wind up getting wasted and waking up in their hotel room with a chicken, a tiger, a baby, a missing groom and absolutely no recollection of what happened the night before. So they try to follow clues to help them piece things together and find the groom before his wedding. But the more they find out about what happened that night, the crazier it gets as they literally end up chasing their own tails and getting caught up in everything from an angry casino guy to a drug deal gone bad and surprise gunshot wedding. Bradley Cooper heads the hilarious cast of oddballs who deliver one funny line after the next. Of course it gets silly at times, but overall it was pretty funny. I was shocked.
