It's eight years after the dramatic events in The Dark Knight, and it looks like Batman (Christian Bale) is once again left toying with difficult decisions about his fatality and heroism. Luring us in with an electrifying scene at a football game, director Christopher Nolan sharply cuts through some of the movie's other key characters--Selina Kyle (Anne Hathaway), Bane (Tom Hardy), John Blake (Joseph Gordon-Levitt), Miranda Tate (Marion Cotillard) and the venerable Commissioner Jim Gordon (Gary Oldman)--in a frightfully ambiguous clip that will sweep you off your feet.
The cast looks really great, if you can get over the new Nolan kid on the block Hathaway, who's tepid acting may give you pause. But, as the nerds say, in Nolan we trust.
The Dark Knight Rises heads to theaters July 20, 2012.

Its funny that they had Marion Cotillard in the same film who could be a better catwoman...but i have decided to wait for the movie before i call Anne wrongly cased!
I like Hathaway. I don't think Nolan would have cast her for no rhyme or reason or without a screen test. In Nolan I trust.
Entirely epic trailer, gave me chills when I saw it this past weekend. Hathaway looks like she could really surprise us all, at least in my opinion.
I really like how you described the trailer. It's so good!
Hathaway dialogue and delivery was chilling to say in the least.
