It's been a few days since the Academy chose their favorite films from 2012, but it's now time for Cinema in Noir to share our thoughts on them....and they're not all pretty. Yes, we go over each category--from Ben Affleck's lost best director nomination for Argo and all the deserved love for Beasts of the Southern Wild.
We also discuss the latest in film news, including rapper Jay-Z signing on to score the The Great Gatsby soundtrack. We all love Jay-Z, but this news is particularly confounding, to say the least.
