Discussing the Oscar Race on ABC News Digital



By the way, I was on ABC News Digital this week, bashing La La Land talking about the Oscar race coming off the Screen Actors Guild Awards last weekend. With my partners in the ring, host Amna Nawaz, ABC executive-producer Dan Silver, and Walt Hickey (FiveThirtyEight), it was a lively conversation, to say the least.

And trust, I made sure to express my undying love for Fences, my frustration over the abhorrent Elle, and my confusion over the snubs for Taraji P. Henson (Hidden Figures) and Annette Bening (20th Century Women). Check it out:

Good stuff even though I liked LA LA LAND a lot more than you. RUTH NEGGA on everything and yes HELL OR HIGH WATER one of the best pictures of the year and the best onscreen performance I've ever seen from CHRIS PINE.
